Russia shelled civilian infrastructure in southern cities overnight and troops were trying to reach the borders of Kherson Region, the General Staff says, adding Russia has been resuming its offensive on Slovyansk in the region and improving its tactical situation in Izyum, Severodonetsk and Avdiivka.
